The Role – Senior Recruiter
You’ll own client relationships with Finance Directors, CFOs and senior stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, and build a genuine market presence within your chosen specialism (Qualified, Part-Qualified, Executive Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury or Audit & Risk). Expect autonomy over your desk, real business development impact, and the chance to mentor junior team members as we expand.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow client relationships with senior finance stakeholders, UK and internationally
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: market mapping, sourcing, candidate/client experience
- Build a personal brand as a market expert — insights, benchmarking, trends
- Drive new business and contribute to Talent Finance’s growth strategy
- Mentor junior consultants
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience in Finance & Accountancy, Professional Services or similar
- Proven track record building client relationships and delivering results
- Strong commercial and business development skills
- Ambition, accountability and a consultative approach
