Martin has an extensive background in recruitment across a range of industries for over 14 years, having worked in a mixture of recruitment agency and in-house recruitment roles. He is driven by a real gap in the recruitment market to do something different – to not just ‘transact’ with clients, but build a true strategic partnership and become an extension of their team.
This drive has resulted in the formation of both Talent Drive, who specialise solely in Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment and also Talent Group, a collaborative group of specialist recruitment companies across a diverse range of sectors with a mission to help modernise and innovate the recruitment industry.
Matthew Langley

Matt joins Talent Group in his 18th year of recruitment with a remit to help continue the sustainable growth across both Talent Drive and Talent Finance brands. The first 13 years of Matt’s career was spent within Qualified Finance & Accountancy both in London and Sydney where he has been lucky enough to build high performing teams across multiple markets, interim and perm. In the last 5 years Matt has successfully extended his network into Procurement, Supply Chain and Sustainability again; building multiple teams across both Private and Public Sectors.

Anja is a highly experienced Recruitment Director with over 14 years’ experience in placing top Qualified and Senior Finance talent throughout the South Coast across a broad range of industries and sectors. She focuses on providing tailored permanent and interim solutions for Finance and Executive roles, ensuring that the unique needs of her clients and candidates are met.
