Are you a qualified finance professional who thrives at the intersection of cash flow, forecasting, and commercial impact? We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst who’s ready to take ownership of treasury operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a high-growth, fast-paced UK business.
This isn’t just a back-office treasury role. It’s a dynamic, cross-functional position blending Treasury, FP&A, and commercial insight, which would be ideal for someone who enjoys digging deep into data, influencing decisions, and making things work better, faster, and smarter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead daily cash operations and liquidity planning across the business
- Model and forecast cash flows, identifying trends and opportunities
- Partner with finance and leadership to shape investment, funding, and interest rate strategies
- Support refinancing and capital structure planning
- Analyse working capital and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
- Drive treasury process improvements, system enhancements, and automation
- Collaborate on monthly reporting and audit preparations
- Build trusted relationships across departments and with external partners
What You’ll Bring:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or with equivalent treasury experience
- Experience in Treasury, FP&A, or senior finance roles with strong forecasting and cash management exposure
- Confident communicator who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process optimisation
- Experience in high-growth or multi-entity environments a plus
