Talent Finance is partnering with a leading UK Top 10 accountancy firm on a rare leadership opportunity across its expanding South Coast practice. We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager who is motivated by influence, responsibility and the chance to help shape and grow a regional service line. This is a leadership role with real influence, autonomy and the opportunity to help define the next phase of growth for the regional corporate tax team.
Locations: Poole, Southampton or Portsmouth
The Opportunity
Created as part of continued growth, this role sits at the heart of the firm’s South Coast corporate tax strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of key client relationships
and help drive standards, culture and capability across the team. For the right individual, there is genuine autonomy and the ability to shape how the role evolves over time.
Your Impact
- Lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a complex client portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering commercially grounded technical insight
- Take responsibility for the quality, consistency and development of the corporate tax offering
- Support and develop high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders
- Play an active role in business development, client growth and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to workflow planning, resource strategy and practice performance
About You
- An experienced Corporate Tax professional operating at Manager level
- Qualified by experience or holding CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
- Strong technical credibility combined with commercial and leadership capability
- Confident influencing clients and colleagues at senior level
- Motivated by building teams, developing people and shaping a practice
