Talent Finance are supporting a leading Accountancy firm to secure a new Senior Audit Manager you’ll take the lead on complex engagements, build trusted client relationships, and guide high-performing teams, all while helping shape the future of our firm.

What You Bring
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong audit experience gained within practice
- A confident decision-maker with an eye for technical detail and commercial impact
- Proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance
- Skilled at turning challenges into opportunities and empowering others to do the same
