We’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a talented group of Account Managers and Sales Support Specialists, driving growth through collaboration, coaching, and customer excellence. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the business engages with its customers, inspiring the team and helping them reach their full potential.
This is a hands-on, visible role in a company that truly values its people and partnerships, where new ideas are encouraged, hard work is recognised, and you’re trusted to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing the internal sales team to achieve growth and margin targets.
- Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring people, setting clear goals and supporting them to hit them.
- Using data and insight to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and improve performance.
- Working closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the wider digital sales transformation.
- Bringing energy, accountability, and a passion for doing things the right way.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing a sales or account management team in a B2B setting.
- Strong commercial awareness, confident setting targets, analysing data, and driving results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to balance people leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing would be ideal.
