Talent Finance are currently partnering with a forward thinking, innovative business based in Wokingham, who are looking for an ambitious Qualified Management Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a really broad Management Accounting role which, working closely with a very talented Finance Director, will have responsibility for providing the business with insights into financial performance to allow the business to make informed decisions.
Further duties of this Management Accountant role will include:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Management reporting inc. detailed analysis of financial performance
- Assist in preparation of monthly management reports for leadership team
- Reconciliation of financial accounts
- External audit support and ensuring compliance in line with regulations.
We would love to speak to candidates with the following background:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with some post qualified experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data to non finance stakeholders
- Proficient Excel user
- Strong commercial acumen and wants to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
