Talent Finance are recruiting for an Outsourcing Senior / Bookkeeper to join a growing team that supports a wide range of clients, from ambitious startups to well-established SMEs. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on client interaction and enjoys variety in their work.
You’ll prepare VAT returns, management accounts, and real-time financial insights, while also working with specialist teams across tax, funding, and payroll to provide genuinely valuable advice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Creating 3-way forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
- Building KPI dashboards and adding commentary to reports
- Reviewing and improving client finance processes
- Collaborating with internal experts to provide strategic advice
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Proven experience in a similar outsourcing or client-facing finance role
- Confident communicator with strong technical skills and commercial awareness
