Talent Finance are working in partnership with an established FMCG business based on the Dorset coast in a period of operational stabilisation and change.
This interim role has been created to provide hands-on leadership while a permanent appointment is recruited. The business is undergoing systems, ERP and process transformation and now needs an experienced operational leader who can step in quickly, take ownership and start delivering improvement from day one.
This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys fixing, stabilising and rebuilding operations.

Key focus areas
- Take rapid ownership of day-to-day operational performance
- Stabilise operations and introduce clearer working disciplines
- Deliver immediate improvements and quick-win efficiencies
- Introduce practical KPIs to improve visibility and control
- Rebuild and embed core SOPs
- Drive efficiency, cost control and waste reduction
- Align operations with ongoing systems and ERP change
- Lead visibly on site, building trust and engagement
About you
We are looking for an experienced Interim Operations Manager or senior FMCG operations leader, with a background in high-volume, short-shelf-life products. You will be pragmatic, people-focused and delivery-driven, with a strong track record in turnaround or transformation environments.
