Finance Transformation Manager

Talent Finance is supporting in a search for an experienced and commercially astute Finance Transformation Manager to join a growing consultancy specialising in Finance operating model design, technology enablement, and transformation delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex change programmes for senior Finance leaders, partnering directly with CFOs and executive teams to deliver measurable impact.
You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale Finance transformation programmes, guiding clients through the development of future-state Finance functions that combine people, process, and technology change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on Finance operating model design and service delivery strategy.
- Leading the design and implementation of transformation roadmaps and business cases for change.
- Driving technology enablement projects across ERP, automation, and AI.
- Translating strategic objectives into operational outcomes through process improvement and system adoption.
- Managing complex project delivery, ensuring scope, risk, and benefits are effectively controlled.
- Partnering with CFOs and senior leaders to influence Finance strategy and decision-making.
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants, contributing to internal capability growth.
You will bring:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading Finance transformation programmes within large or complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of Finance operating models, shared services, and process optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at senior stakeholder level, including CFOs and Boards.
- Experience of ERP or SaaS platform implementation (such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project delivery skills.
- A collaborative and hands-on approach, with the ability to drive both strategic and operational change.
