Your Consultant
We are recruiting on behalf of a high-profile organisation seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support within a complex and fast-moving environment.
This is a commercially focused role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, financial insight and the ability to influence decision-making at senior level. You will act as a key link between finance and the wider business, providing challenge, support and clear financial analysis to drive performance and value.
The Role
You will play a critical role in:
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Building strong relationships with senior budget holders and stakeholders
- Providing clear, evidence-based financial advice
- Influencing decisions that balance short-term pressures with long-term sustainability
Driving Financial Performance
- Supporting the development of credible financial plans
- Monitoring performance against budgets and targets
- Identifying risks, opportunities and key financial drivers
Analysis & Insight
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis and business case review
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing scrutiny to ensure value for money and robust risk assessment
- Translating complex financial data into clear insight for decision-makers
Bridging Finance & Operations
- Acting as the first point of contact for business areas
- Working collaboratively across finance teams to ensure leadership has accurate and timely information
Continuous Improvement
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
- Supporting wider change and transformation initiatives
About You
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified accountant
- Strong background in financial management and business partnering
- Experienced in providing financial analysis and strategic advice
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- High level of integrity and delivery focus
- Comfortable working in complex, regulated or structured environments
