We’re hiring a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join one of the UK’s top 10 accountancy firms. This is a role for someone who not only brings depth of experience but is ready to take a strategic lead, shaping client relationships, mentoring talent, and driving excellence across our tax offering.
About this unique new role
As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients leading complex engagements, advising on compliance and planning matters, and working closely with other service lines to deliver joined-up, high-impact solutions.
You’ll also play a key part in business development, fostering internal and external networks, and identifying opportunities to add real value.
This is a role where technical strength meets people leadership. You’ll empower others to grow while setting the standard for high-quality, insightful tax advice.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leading client engagements across compliance and advisory projects
- Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, offering proactive, commercially focused advice
- Guiding, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
- Supporting the strategic direction of the tax practice with input into growth initiatives and technical development
- Collaborating across service lines to deliver a holistic service to clients
- Staying ahead of legislative changes and sharing insights internally and externally
What we are seeking from the successful candidate:
- CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent by experience
- Strong experience in corporate tax gained within a professional services environment
- Natural leadership capability with a track record of managing people and complex engagements
- Commercially minded, with an eye for opportunity and improvement
- A collaborative, forward-thinking approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
