Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, evolving business?
Talent Finance are working with a well-established and growing company near Poole, who are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a hands-on role where your insights will directly support business decisions and performance.
You’ll play a key role in developing internal reporting, shaping forecasting and budgeting cycles, and supporting strategic decisions through data-led analysis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing clear, timely reports on sales and margin performance
- Building and monitoring KPIs to drive smarter decisions
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analysing departmental spend and spotting opportunities for savings
- Helping improve processes, controls, and reporting standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar commercial finance or FP&A role
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and solid financial systems experience
- Confident communicator – able to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues
- Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused
- Able to manage shifting priorities and work to deadlines
