Talent Finance are currently working with a growing consultancy business based in Camden, London, who are looking to bring in an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The role would initially be for 1 day a week although this could increase over time in-line with company growth.
Our client are fortunate to work with some of the worlds leading brands and as part of the growth they are experiencing, have created a new role in the business where they are looking for someone to come in and offer Finance support.
Working closely with the Directors, we are looking for someone who loves numbers and thrives on being organised within a fast-paced, growing business.
Key responsibilities of this Accounts Assistant role include:
- Recording daily financial transactions (sales, expenses etc.)
- Reconciling bank statements
- Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Processing a small payroll <10 employees
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Preparing data for annual accounts
- Work closely with external accountants, tax advisors & banks
This is a great opportunity for a Finance professional to join a growing business looking for Finance support during a period of growth. The salary on offer is £32,000 – £35,000 (pro rata) and our client is flexible as to when the 1 day per week is worked, so it could be a perfect opportunity for an individual who maybe looking to increase hours worked or alternatively, someone who is looking to add to a portfolio.
