Talent Finance are delighted to be partnering with a top Investment Bank looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their change team.

The right person will have these essential skills:

Experience in producing high quality audit work products (workpapers, draft issues/ report)

Practical knowledge of change audit (ideally leading/ participating project audit – change assurance review)

Self-starter with good communication skills ability to work independently and influence in a matrix environment

Ambition to develop in a high performing team and work towards promotion e.g. within 2 years

Reporting to the Senior Audit Manager – Change Audit EMEA, this will be an integral hire to take the team to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

Audit Delivery and Planning

Tasked with maintaining the audit universe and conducting risk assessments for designated Auditable Entities.

Supporting the Change Audit Director/Senior Audit Manager in dynamically managing the audit plan for the assigned portfolio, ensuring its relevance throughout the year and suggesting adjustments when necessary. Promptly escalate any challenges that may impact audit delivery timelines to the Change Audit Director/Senior Audit Manager.

Accountable for executing and delivering assigned audits within the audit plan, including issue management/validation, adhering to EIA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with minimal supervision and in accordance with required methodology and Quality Assurance standards
